Hexarelin is a potent, synthetic hexapeptide that is also known as Examorelin and Hexarelin Acetate. It is an extremely selective stimulant of the ghrelin/growth hormone secretagogue receptor, which means that it initiates a physical response when merged with an antibody. Additionally, hexarelin is a growth hormone secretagogue.

- Keep the vial of Hexarelin standing up straight when you place the syringe in the middle of the cap.

- Use the alcohol to wipe the affected region of skin before proceeding with the administration of the syringe.
- Pinch the skin around the place where the injection will be given, leaving approximately 2 centimetres on each side.
- Quickly enter the syringe while holding it at a right angle to your skin and moving it back and forth.
- First, make sure the syringe is empty by fully depressing the plunger, and then carefully withdraw the contents.
The recommended daily dosage is between 200 and 300 micrograms, and it should be given in increments of 100 micrograms.
Hexarelin is typically given in quantities of 100 mcg each time it is provided, and the recommended frequency of administration is two to three times daily.
