CJC-1295 with DAC-2 Description
Analogues of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) have been created that retain some properties while removing others. Only the first 29 amino acids of GHRH make up CJC-1295. Because it is easier to generate in large numbers than GHRH, this counterpart of GHRH retains GHRH’s physiological properties while being easier to manufacture. hGRF (1-29) was designed to create a more soluble GH secretagogue that retains GHRH’s physiological effects.
