PNC-27 5mg Peptide Vial
PNC-27, which is marketed as cancer treatment. The FDA has not approved PNC-27. Reports say this peptide could bind to receptors found on cancer cells to induce cell death.
PNC-27 is a synthetic protein that targets and kills cancer cells. It is a part of the PNC sequence of research proteins intended to repair and induce death by cell necrosis of malformed (cancerous) cells, while keeping normal, healthy cells unharmed, and intact.
The PNC-27 pept contains a bound HDM-2 domain with a transmembrane-penetrating domain, corresponding to 12-26 residues of p53. This has been demonstrated to allow the peptide to bind and destroy cancer cells by membranolysis or cell membrane disruption.
PNC-27 peptide has proved highly effective in addressing a number of particular types of cancer selectively, including pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, leukaemia, melanoma and additional cancer lines, through testing and studying on animal subjects.
