Our Shipping Policy
Your request will be dispatched within 24-48 hours after making payment. If you make your order on the weekend, it will be shipped on the following business day. We offer express shipping that comes with tracking numbers via Royal Mail, DHL or FedEx. We supply the tracking numbers so that you can monitor the progress of your item. Please note it’s up to you to track your parcel, the company cannot possibly monitor for you.
The tracking number will be sent to you once your shipping label is produced. When you get your tracking information, allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to be updated.

International Shipping
Delivery times go from 7 to 20 working days, depending on the delivery service you have selected, upon the destination country.
In roughly 5% of the cases, the orders don’t go past customs, which is ordinary. The company is always following all shipments, and we will contact you if we notice any problems. If your order gets lost or seized by customs officials, you will be notified of the circumstance. Please contact our customer service team we will try and help you retrieve your parcel from customs.
Return and Refund Policy
You have a privilege to get in touch with us and present your claim inside 30 days from the conveyance of your item. If the decision favours you, we will refund you partially or entirely, contingent upon what you want. You will need to send the stock back, or we can supplant it. You can get in touch with us by any of the telephones or email addresses on the site if you any inquiries or concerns.
If you happen to get a shipment that has an item missing, please get in touch with us immediately so that we can convey the missing item. The whole shipping cost will be on us as an approach to apologise for the issue. All requests are recorded and photographed before delivery to avoid any false claims.
Please be aware that we don’t provide refunds or reshipment in case you give a wrong shipping address, or if you refuse or pick up the item after failed attempts to deliver the order.
Cancelling an Order
If your order has not been shipped already, you may drop it by directly contacting us via the communication channels on the website.
